ALL PLAYERS LISTED ARE OWNED IN 70% OR LESS OF CBS LEAGUES

QUARTERBACKS

MARCUS MARIOTA – TITANS – AVAILABLE IN 68% OF CBS LEAGUES

Mariota did not light the fantasy world on fire this week, but he beat the Patriots, and looked good doing it. He threw for 228 yards with two touchdowns, no interceptions and added 21 yards on the ground. His hand is healed and he is starting to show signs that he is going to be a viable fantasy option down the stretch, especially with the growth of Corey Davis.

BLAKE BORTLES – JAGUARS – AVAILABLE IN 68% OF CBS LEAGUES

Blake had another one of those standout games this week, throwing for 320 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. Fournette is back to give balance to the offense and allow the play-action pass to be more effective. Bortles only rushed for eight yards this week, but he is usually good for a big run or two per game as well.

CASE KEENUM – BRONCOS – AVAILABLE IN 64% OF CBS LEAGUES

He is still available in a lot of leagues, and if you are streaming quarterbacks he is usually good for close to 300 yards with two touchdowns and an interception.

BAKER MAYFIELD – BROWNS – AVAILABLE IN 38% OF CBS LEAGUES

Baker was methodical this week, completing 17 of 20 passes for 216 yards with three touchdowns with no interceptions and 20 yards on the ground. The Browns are looking more balanced with Nick Chubb at running back, and Mayfield is still taking his shots.

RYAN TANNEHILL – DOLPHINS – AVAILABLE IN 91% OF CBS LEAGUES

They expect Tannehill to be back after Thanksgiving, so if you want him, make the move now.

RUNNING BACKS

RASHAAD PENNY – SEAHAWKS – AVAILABLE IN 82% OF CBS LEAGUES

Chris Carson did not play and Mike Davis was expected to be the main back, but Rashaad Penny finally emerged for the Seahawks. He carried the ball 12 times for 108 yards and scored his first NFL touchdown. He showed great burst on a 38-yard run and is going to have an increasing role in this offense the rest of the season.

ELIJAH MCGUIRE – JETS – AVAILABLE IN 57% OF CBS LEAGUES

McGuire put up decent numbers, when you consider how bad the Jets were against the Bills this week. He finished with 30 yards on six carries and caught three of six targets for another 27 yards. There are not a lot of running backs available, but McGuire should be a consistent threat, especially as a receiver with the Jets playing from behind.

FRANK GORE – DOLPHINS – AVAILABLE IN 35% OF CBS LEAGUES

The old man just keeps getting it done. This week he carried the rock 13 times for 90 yards, making impressive cutbacks along the way. He also caught two passes for 12 yards. The Dolphins fell behind and he found himself out of the game plan, but he is as steady as they come and still has game left.

JOSH ADAMS – EAGLES – AVAILABLE IN 75% OF CBS LEAGUES

Adams was the leading rusher for the Eagles this week, and while he only had seven carries he did gain 47 yards, including a nice 29-yard burst. This performance should allow him to get even more carries in the coming weeks, and while this is a crowded backfield, he has proven the be the best of the bunch they have left.

WIDE RECEIVERS

ANTHONY MILLER – BEARS – AVAILABLE IN 80% OF CBS LEAGUES

Anthony Miller is the real deal, and he and Trubisky have great chemistry. Miller caught five of his six targets for 122 yards, including a 55-yard touchdown. The Bears offense is for real and Miller is a big part of it, even with Allen Robinson back. Taylor Gabriel is the player that takes a hit, so get on board because its Miller Time!

CHRIS GODWIN – BUCCANEERS – AVAILABLE IN 41% OF CBS LEAGUES

Godwin finally showed up in a big way for the Buccaneers this week. He was targeted seven times and caught all of them for 103 yards. He did not find the endzone, but this is the type of maturation game that should lead to more looks in the coming weeks, especially if defenses want to double cover Mike Evans.

DONTE MONCREIF – JAGUARS – AVAILABLE IN 79% OF CBS LEAGUES

Donte Moncreif has been one of my favorites adds over the last five weeks and he showed why again this week, catching three passes for 98 yards including an 80-yard touchdown. Moncreif is a big play receiver and with Fournette back he should get more looks in play-action situations.

DEVANTE PARKER – DOLPHINS – AVAILABLE IN 66% OF CBS LEAGUES

Parker only had five catches for 47 yards this week, but he was targeted 11 times. The targets are what should matter to you when looking at these numbers. If he continues to see a target share like this, the good fantasy games will come.

DJ MOORE – PANTHERS – AVAILABLE IN 47% OF CBS LEAGUES

Moore is another receiver that disappointed in his numbers this week with only 20 yards on four catches. The Panthers were also completely embarrassed by the Steelers this week and Christian McCaffrey was the only one who came ready to play. There are division matchups ahead, and those are bad defenses in the NFC South. Bet on the future not the past performance.

T.J. JONES – LIONS – AVAILABLE IN 98% OF CBS LEAGUES

Marvin Jones left this week with a knee injury and if he misses any games Jones will become his replacement.

OTHER RECEIVERS TO CONSIDER

JOHN ROSS – BENGALS – AVAILABLE IN 83% OF CBS LEAGUES

DANNY AMENDOLA – DOLPHINS – AVAILABLE IN 67% OF CBS LEAGUES

KEKE COUTEE – TEXANS – AVAILABLE IN 69% OF CBS LEAGUES

BRANDON LAFELL – RAIDERS – AVAILABLE IN 98% OF CBS LEAGUES

BRANDON POWELL – LIONS – AVAILABLE IN 99% OF CBS LEAGUES

MICHAEL GALLUP – COWBOYS – AVAILABLE IN 89% OF CBS LEAGUES

JOSH DOCTSON – REDSKINS – AVAILABLE IN 86% OF CBS LEAGUES

TIGHT ENDS

RICKY SEALS-JONES – CARDINALS – AVAILABLE IN 82% OF CBS LEAGUES

Ricky Seals-Jones seems to have the best chemistry with Josh Rosen right now, and that is leading to a lot of targets. This week he was targeted nine times and caught five of them for 51 yards. The Cardinals offense has started to look better under Byron Leftwich, and that makes Seals-Jones more viable in fantasy.

C.J. UZOMAH – BENGALS – AVAILABLE IN 63% OF CBS LEAUGES

It was a tough week for the Bengals and Uzomah. C.J. only caught three passes for 23 yards this week as the Saints rolled Cincinnati. The Bengals defense is horrible and they are likely to be playing from behind much of the rest of the season, so Uzomah should have more opportunities.

JEFF HEUERMAN – BRONCOS – AVAILABLE IN 90% OF CBS LEAGUES

He is coming off a bye but had a huge game without Demaryius there to steal targets. He will look to prove next week that it was not a fluke performance.

BEN WATSON – SAINTS – AVAILABLE IN 34% OF CBS LEAGUES

The vet only had one catch this week, but it went for a touchdown.

OTHER TIGHT ENDS TO CONSIDER

DALLAS GOEDERT – EAGLES – AVAILABLE IN 86% OF CBS LEAGUES

MARK ANDREWS – RAVENS – AVAILABLE IN 98% OF CBS LEAGUES
