ALL PLAYERS LISTED ARE OWNED IN 70% OR LESS OF CBS LEAGUES

QUARTERBACKS

RYAN FITZPATRICK – BUCCANEERS – AVAILABLE IN 89% OF CBS LEAGUES

Well, if you were one of the early adopters of Ryan Fitzpatrick hopefully you didn’t drop him, although most owners did. He is now the starter in Tampa again and should be for the rest of the year. It looks as if the Jameis Winston days in Tampa Bay are over, and this is good news for the receivers of this team and for Fitzmagic. There is not a better quarterback on the waiver wire in all leagues than Fitzpatrick.

CASE KEENUM – BRONCOS – AVAILABLE IN 65% OF CBS LEAGUES

Case Keenum will no longer have Demaryius Thomas to throw the ball to, but that should not make you run away from Case as a streaming option. He is good for two touchdowns a week and last week threw for 262 yards with two scores and an interception. Look for Courtland Sutton to pick up the slack from Thomas leaving, and that should mean more deep shots down the field.

DEREK CARR – RAIDERS – AVAILABLE IN 60% OF CBS LEAGUES

Carr is not a flashy grab, but he keeps putting up numbers, even without Amari Cooper. Last week he only threw for 244 yards, but he did throw three touchdowns with no interceptions. The Raiders are lacking in the running without Lynch and look for Jalen Richard to help Carr out as a receiver going forward.

BLAKE BORTLES – JAGUARS – AVAILABLE IN 59% OF CBS LEAGUES

I know this is not a pretty pick, but he runs and will have to keep throwing with the troubles in the running game for the Jags. He threw for 286 yards with a touchdown this week, but he added 43 yards as a rusher. Don’t look to keep him long term, but he could be a good matchup quarterback for streaming purposes.

JOSH ROSEN – CARDINALS – AVAILABLE IN 89% OF CBS LEAGUES

Rosen is still learning the position at the pro level, but finally with Leftwich calling the plays he is throwing the ball more. He attempted 40 passes last week and threw for 252 yards with two scores and one interception. This is strictly a deep league add, but there is room for growth as well as growing pains with this move.

RUNNING BACKS

NYHEIM HINES – COLTS – AVAILABLE IN 37% OF CBS LEAGUES

If you are in a PPR league and need help at RB, grab Hines if he is still available. Marlon Mack has been great, but Hines still had 11 carries last week and should be much more active in the passing game going forward. If Mack goes down his value also skyrockets.

FRANK GORE – DOLPHINS – AVAILABLE IN 42% OF CBS LEAGUES

The glory days are gone, but he is still a productive floor player in fantasy. You are not going to get the high-end production, but he is good for 50-60 yards every week. Last week he had 12 carries for 53 yards and one catch for five more.

TRENTON CANNON – JETS – AVAILABLE IN 79% OF CBS LEAGUES

Cannon is getting looks now with Powell out, but this is not a recommended add. He is on the Jets and they are going to be playing from behind in most games. He was not effective against the Bears with just 10 rushing yards on six carries and three catches for 12 yards. He should only be played if you are desperate and the matchup shows there is a chance.

RONALD JONES – BUCCANEERS – AVAILABLE IN 53% OF CBS LEAGUES

He will eventually get the majority of carries; it is just a matter of when. This is a flier add in deeper leagues if you are looking for help in a few weeks. This is a total foreshadowing pick up. We understand he is a little banged up.

WIDE RECEIVERS

DEVANTE PARKER – DOLPHINS – AVAILABLE IN 85% OF CBS LEAGUES

The Dolphins have nobody left to throw the ball to, and that means extra chances going forward for Parker. He showed what he could do as the highlighted receiver last week, catching six passes for 134 yards. He should get a strong target share going forward and he is the only big play receiver left on their roster.

COURTLAND SUTTON – BRONCOS – AVAILABLE IN 66% OF CBS LEAGUES

Sutton looked good last week with three catches for 78 yards, but that is not why you should jump on him. Demaryius Thomas is now a Texan and that means that Sutton becomes the Robin to Emmanuel Sanders Batman. He is going to get a lot more targets going forward and he is a deep play threat with big play ability. He could be an immediate impact to your fantasy team.

DJ MOORE – PANTHERS – AVAILABLE IN 85% OF CBS LEAGUES

Moore is starting to make his move in fantasy. Last week he caught five of six targets for 90 yards. On top of that he had two carries for 39 yards. The Panthers are finally getting him more involved in the offense and is worth grabbing in all formats based on his upside.

TAYLOR GABRIEL – BEARS – AVAILABLE IN 51% OF CBS LEAGUES

Gabriel now has competition again from Anthony Miller and that cut into his production this week when he caught four passes for 52 yards. This is not a week you want to grab him to play him, as the Bears will likely be running more against the Bills, but he has some tasty matchups upcoming on the schedule. Hello Detroit for two games.

CHRISTIAN KIRK – CARDINALS – AVAILABLE IN 59% OF CBS LEAGUES

Kirk should be on your team already, but here is another reminder. The Cardinals are starting to throw the ball more and he is the team’s deep play threat. He only caught three passes for 42 yards last week, but he scored another touchdown. This offense should continue to get better.

WILLIE SNEAD – RAVENS – AVAILABLE IN 66% OF CBS LEAGUES

Snead keeps putting up similar numbers as this week when he had five catches for 54 yards. The good news is he was targeted 11 times. He continues to get looks and he has a breakout game coming, but you will consistently be left a little wanting when he finishes with 60 yards most weeks.

KEKE COUTEE – TEXANS – AVAILABLE IN 63% OF CBS LEAGUES

Coutee had a week of good news and bad news for fantasy production. First Will Fuller is lost for the year with an ACL injury so Coutee was in line for a lot more looks, but then they traded for Demaryius Thomas, which hurts that outlook. He will still see an uptick, but with Thomas where he is not as strong of an add as he would have been.

DONTE MONCRIEF – JAGUARS – AVAILABLE IN 74% OF CBS LEAGUES

Moncrief was a forgotten man two weeks ago, but he came back last week with four catches for 54 yards on seven targets. He has become a consistent threat in this passing game, the only problem is that Blake Bortles is still throwing him the ball.

OTHER RECEIVERS TO CONSIDER

ANTHONY MILLER – BEARS – AVAILABLE IN 85% OF CBS LEAGUES

JERMAINE KEARSE – JETS – AVAILABLE IN 88% OF CBS LEAGUES

TRE’QUAN SMITH – SAINTS – AVAILABLE IN 37% OF CBS LEAGUES

TIGHT ENDS

JACK DOYLE – COLTS – AVAILABLE IN 62% OF CBS LEAGUES

Doyle is back and should be added if you need help at tight end. He was not phased by Eric Ebron as he caught six passes for 70 yards and a score last week. Andrew Luck has faith in him, and he was a top 10 tight end this season in pre-draft before the injury.

C.J. UZOMAH – BENGALS – AVAILABLE IN 39% OF CBS LEAGUES

Uzomah drew a blank last week on four targets, but he is still worth going after. The Bengals need his threat as a receiver and he should get back to putting up the numbers we saw there previous few weeks.

OTHER TIGHT ENDS TO CONSIDER

DALLAS GOEDERT – EAGLES – AVAILABLE IN 88% OF CBS LEAGUES

MARK ANDREWS – RAVENS – AVAILABLE IN 98% OF CBS LEAGUES

HAYDEN HURST – RAVENS – AVAILABLE IN 89% OF CBS LEAGUES
