Jared Cook

Oakland Raiders

Last Week, Cook 2nd for team Targets

Cook led all TEs in targets last week and was second on the team with 9.

Fantasy Goo: Without a run game, Rodgers could look to Cook in the Red Zone. Cook is the 4th most expensive Draft Kings TE and a hell of a deal considering how volatile the positions. Bennett is the other TE I am targeting in DFS. Maybe even a little Jesse James considering you are holding out for TDs.

Ladarius Green

Pittsburgh Steelers

Green is Out, James a Cheap TE Option

Green has been ruled out for Sunday of Wild Card week.

Fantasy Goo: Jesse James is just $3,000 on Draft Kings and $4,500 on Fan Duel. This makes for an intriguing play. When you adjust for schedule, Miami is dead last against the TE position in Standard Scoring. This should allow you to get those high priced players at other positions.

Green Looks to make his Steelers Debut in Week 10

fantasy Goo: RotoWire currently has Green atop the Steelers depth chart and James is 2. Not that double J yielded much fantasy fruit. If you have the room, I could see stashing Green, but my hope is low. I love Big ben this week and would not be surprised to see Green get a TD in his first game as Big Ben looks to forge some chemistry early. The steelers face the Cowboys who are ranked as 24th toughest in 4fpor4s adjusted fantasy schedule rankings.

Markus Wheaton

Pittsburgh Steelers

Steelers Down Another Player, Look to Next Man Up

The Steelers face the Redskins in a potential shoot-out. Vegas gives the Steelers an implied team total of 26.5, the 3rd highest this weekend. Everyone knows Pittsburgh will be without some key players in Bell and Bryant. However, Markus Wheaton has now been scratched from the game as well.

Fantasy Goo: Look for Jesse James to rise. The 6’7 TE is a huge target for Big Ben in the red zone. He is a great DFS play or streaming candidate this weekend.

Eric Ebron

Detroit Lions

jaEBRONi ankle holding back Ebron

@davebirkett Eric Ebron returns to Lions practice today for the first time since hurting his ankle.

Fantasy Goo: IMO the deepest position is tight end. Back in the early 90’s there were only 2 tight ends worth a shit. These days the tight end position is deeeeep. The 27th ranked TE is a guy named Jesse James from Pittsburgh and I could play him week 1 and feel okay about it. Eric Ebron should be entering his prime years and he should be ready for the task of being Stafford’s safety blanket. He is not worth rostering for now. If Eric Ebron can stitch together 2 or 3 good weeks in a row then put him on your waiver radar if you need a medium reward TE. If you play in a 2 tight end league (why would you?) then you might want to hurry and grab Jesse James of the Steelers as Big Ben does enjoy passing to a decent TE.
